Poppy

A pretty manic day today, with umpteen changes of plan and much stressing and faffing, and two ofsted lesson observations. Both went well, I am pleased with the feedback I received and feel that their observations were fair and relevant. The criticisms were about things that were beyond my control, having not been there! I explained the things that I have been putting in place and my aims for the class and they seemed very happy with that. Class were well behaved and we had a pretty good day, all things considered. They are in again tomorrow. I am so glad I am only working 3 days- it will be a relief to have 2 days off after all this!

The photo today is a deliberately blown out shot of a gorgeous giant poppy. So glad I remembered to take the picture when I did as a matter of hours later all the petals fell off!
