How long

Boring sort of blip today.
Feeling under the weather, so staying off work, and apart from a quick trip to the pharmacist and the car wash, I haven't done anything.
June has gone into see her brother, and I had to decide what I was having for tea.
I took some lamb out of the freezer and put it on this de-frosting tray. It doesn't take long to defrost food on this.
How long does it take? I hear you ask.
A few hours is all.
Perfect if you have forgotten to take something out of the freezer earlier.
