More Clydesider training today, this time for my role as a team leader.

We have all worked really hard today in excellent sessions overseen by our excellent trainer, Susann.

There were things that came out of the sessions that I will not only be able to use in Games Time, but also in my job.

There are now just 44 days to go.

I have one more day trip to complete the training.

Then it's 2 weeks in Glasgow for The Games.
