Happy Chooks

This little flock of Chickens are usually still in their houses when I take Ted on his early walk and I had hear them making lovely happly chicken noises but today I was late and they were milling around outside looking equally happy.

Feeling well today and had a full Reiki session from my friend Sarah, super relaxing, and then a good catch up afterwards.

Matthew made excellent Shepherds pie...yum yum :)
