A welcome home sky...

Dear Diary,

Finally back to the States! Sitting in my friends back yard I was treated to a lovely view of shifting clouds. The Japanese maple is loosing it's red coloration and turning green. Sort of an autumnal reversal! In the autumn they'll transform again into flaming red! I thought the contrast with the blue sky was very nice.

Now I head back to Maine where I will find the more common place images around my little farmhouse every bit as wonderful as the amazing images I received on this journey.
