Couple of cuties.

Early-ish this morning MaggieD and I went up to Stirling University Campus to check up on the cygnets we saw last week. We caught them out on the water and all seven are happily paddling along with Mum& Dad still keeping a close eye on them.
The reason for our early start was, of course, our glorious British summer and the forecast heavy rain. Well, it did happen but only in two short sharp bursts and all was over by mid afternoon and the sun was warm again when the family all came round for a home made steak pie evening meal. Euan & Eve got to run around on the grass, ride the trike, play with trains and generally get their wind out. Two little people will surely sleep tonight!
