Who is this guy?

Had the misfortune to walk through here on my way to my favourite Delhaize (Belgium's equivalent to Tesco)...

On embiggenation you'll notice that almost every Tom, Dick & Harriet has a camera of some sort... "Selfies" with the Hôtel de Ville as a backdrop &c!

Used to pass through the Grande Place twice every working day on my way from the Gare Centrale to Hill's Music - & vice-versa. Must have been snapped about as many times as I've re-fretted guitars. Used to imagine coach loads of Japanese, Americans or Germans comparing photos on their return home & exclaiming, "Hey - who is this guy?"
