Guitar-oud!

This strange beast was made for Abaji by C C.
The right-hand neck is an 8 string guitar neck tuned to CGCFGC (DADGAD a tone lower). The top two treble strings are pairs. You can't see very well from this but the bridge & fingerboard are quite rounded and the weird cutaway on the table is to accommodate a bow!!
The left-hand neck is the oud part - 10 nylon strings & the fingerboard is flat & fretless. It has the same tuning as the guitar side... Oooof!
