Dogs for a son

Saturday another day of non stop patchwork. I was up by six am and was soon at my machine which apart from meal breaks I did not leave until 11.30 pm.
<My son that lives in Australia is always saying I never make anything for him so this is the top of a quilt for him which still has to be bordered backed and quilted. The lab pups around the edge are from a purchased piece of fabric but the one in the centre is Stephen's Chocolate Lab Ruby. His wife emailed me the image and I have transferred it onto fabric. So he is in for a surprise when I send it to him I just hope he does not put it down for Ruby to sleep on. Patchwork quilts are not made cheaply.
