Up And At 'Em!

What a gorgeous day! Too good to waste. Kazuko and Arthur went out for an early morning run around Koshien Stadium while I went for a 20 km run to Amagasaki Sports Forest and back. That's where I saw these early birds also making the most of the weather, limbering up before kayaking. I also saw this guy as I crossed Koshienhama Bridge. Considered using this as today's blip but decided I preferred all the Shiny Happy People in this one.
