A proper good day

That was a very lovely Saturday, tennis with Will in the drizzle and then it turned into a beautiful day. New glasses for me, sunglasses for shortsighted people for Daisy, pass, port photo for Will. And loom bands. They make Will cry because they are too tight on his fingers, I have to finish his.

Bloody lovely cod, chips and peas for dinner. And a touch of squid, I love my deep fat fryer. And some Rummikub. I told Will if he actually looked at his own tiles instead of everyone else, he would probably win. Still he continued with the dancing and the silly noises.

And my sister has come up with a much better strategy than me for getting to a
point where running 5k might be feasible in 14 sleeps. I get to walk lots. Brilliant! Handy to have a marathon runner in the family!
