Messy eater

I've been watching this Great Spotted Woodpecker for the last few days. It has been visiting several times a day, but hasn't let me get anywhere near before flying off. So I've gradually managed to get a bit closer, even when I haven't had a camera to hand so that it got a bit more used to me being there. At last 1) I had a camera, and 2) I got close enough to get a decent shot.
The birds are getting through about 4 of these suet blocks a week at the moment, as well as a feeder full of ordinary bird food.
