Shop Displays at One Planet,
At 8:30 am Paul and me joined the rest of the Prospects group to collect and deliver to the railway station several trays of beautiful bedding plants, from Nurture Nursery.
As the planting session went on, the heavens opened.
By 10 am, four raised beds on the two platforms looked nicely planted with Dahlias, French Marigolds, Lobelia and Verbena.
We were all in waterproofs but fairly soaked by then.
So it was home for a hot herbal tea and a shower, before going to One Planet shop.
I met some wonderful customers today, who have taken steps to improve the quality of their lives by drinking filtered water and eating organic wholefoods.
Many buy golden linseeds from us and soak them over night or until they become gelatinous, and then drink the liquid.
I have yet to try this.
I do sprinkle linseeds on my morning oats and I eat Omega seeds with salad.
Apparently the average diet does no give us enough Omega 3.
If you are a Veggie or Vegan, you need foods that contain enough vitamin B12.
I have started eating with live yogurt, Engevita, a savoury yeast supplement, that has a cheesey, nutty taste and is good for B12 intake and Folic Acid.
The blip is an indoor one due to the ongoing damp dull weather.
I love the colourful feel good factor our shop displays have and Kerry is to be
thanked for the effort she puts into making the displays so beautiful.
Have a nice Saturday blipper friends, and be cheerful whatever the weather.

The place to be happy is here.
The way to be happy is to make others so."
