Crabcake

Crabs? I can take them or leave them. I will never be a proper Marylander!

This crab cake, though, was yummy. It's Tom's interpretation of the crab cake served at Christiana Campbell's Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg, or so their cookbook would have us believe.

It was very nice and oh so filling.
