Siberian Sandymount
I was on my way to get some shots of the snow-drifted docklands, but pulled into the carpark on Sandymount Strand when I noticed the dramatic light, the whole bay seemingly frozen over, the sky half-smeared in bruise-dark snowclouds. My hands and feet were aching after just half an hour. Utterly bewitching though; I could have stayed for ages (though it darkened rapidly and anyway I had to get back to the my exhausted wife, wean and mother).
