New Friends

This is Loren and Sheila. John got talking to Loren the other day on the train to the Rotary Convention which they were both attending. He invited them to the mountains and they came up today.

Unfortunately it was one of those days with tremendous views of white cloud and not much else.

We took them to the farm this afternoon to see some kangaroos and this evening, before dropping them off at the station, we returned to the Three Sisters. The weather had cleared and the spotlights were on so they were happy to tick them as viewed.

They are lovely people. We already feel as if we have known them for years, and have now added South Dakota to our list of places to visit.
