Let's Hear it for Radio goNORTH

In Inverness for the build-up to goNORTH Festival.
After arriving in Inverness at lunchtime, I wandered up to The Mercure Hotel which is the festival hub and also the place where Radio goNORTH is based.
Radio goNORTH is an on-the-job intensive two-week training course aimed at giving would-be radio broadcasters a start in the industry.
Last week, thanks to the upbeat and uber-professional chaps from Dabster Productions - they learned the theory.
For three days - today, tomorrow and Thursday - they put it into practice by hosting a live radio station which picks out the highlights of goNORTH.
With a lovely setting looking out into the River Ness, the Mercure Bar currently has the vibe of a Festival Club as bands taking part in the goNORTH music showcase come and go to play live sets.
This shows young Dundee singer songwriter Charlotte Brimner. She is toooooo good! I predict we'll be seeing and hearing more of this girl.
She does this la-la-la chorus thing in one of her songs which us just too catchy for words
