Day at the Pompenano Musuem in Paris

Today we went to Place de Republic and the Pompano Museum. There is a gothic cathedral adjacent to the museum. The building right next to the cathedral had a large graffiti picture of a surrealist artist from Paris named Salvador Dahli. The graffiti and the fountain in the middle of the space brakes up the context of the French style architecture. The colorful modern art blends older traditional gothic architecture with more contemporary abstraction to create a dynamic plaza for people to enjoy.
