New Pipes

I can hardly believe that I have replaced these broken waste pipes, and how easy it was. I did it alone, and it cost very little for materials. My landlord-housemate is foolish for neglecting the maintenance for at least 20 years. This is V-B day for me: Victory Basement. I haven't done this sort of repair since I was in my teens.

There is a lot more to do, but every time I take a step like this, the quality of life in the house is improved in a huge way. It all makes me very happy.
