Brave little soldier!

A trip to our local soft play Fourways today culminated in an accident involving a giant ball, a rope fence & Miniman. I got back from the ladies to find him surrounded by the staff all fussing round him with an ice pack, free drinks and more than his fair share of sympathy. A Dad who was playing with them had kicked a giant ball that knocked him over and he fell onto the rope fencing giving him a bit of a burn/graze. The Dad was hugely apologetic and seemed genuinely surprised that I accepted it was an accident.

Is that what it's come to? Everyone expecting to be blamed for everything. It's fair to say he's made a typical four year old recovery and has tucked into his pancakes with great vigour. I intend to do the same with this glass of red :)
