Dog tired...

Little Booboo has had a very busy day obviously!

I managed to get out for a run this morning for the first time in over a week. The last time I managed my first 5k but today I was happy with 3.5 and it not raining on me. Boo came out with me afterwards but was happy to bimble round the park & sniff her way along the canal. She has spent the rest of the day sleeping or following me around the kitchen in case of wayward food. She had no chance at lunchtime as I made myself a plate of gawjusness in the shape of fresh English asparagus, ham, mashed potato & cheese sauce but tonight she's managed to scrounge some chicken left on the bones from yesterday before it went in the stock pot. It's not a bad life.
