Jazz surprise

This lunchtime I was having a think about where to sit and eat my lunch and musing on things like tomorrow being the 25th anniversary since the Tiananmen Square massacre, that it's 25 years since I graduated, and that the Music School at UEA is to close in a few weeks time when I heard the sound of some pretty cool jazz.

I followed my ears to see three guys - guitar, drums and sax - playing outside the Music School. I have a feeling that they were playing their own compositions and it was absolutely fantastic.

Apparently the Music School building is to become a Music Centre. Not quite sure what that means but at least it's not going to be turned over for more office space.
