Joy of living

This is my chum Jeni on the start line of the Norwich 100/50/25 bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation at about 8.30am this morning. She and two other chums, Edith and Val, were joining hundreds of other cyclists and I skipped down to see them off.

The atmosphere was really lovely and in this shot you can see Jen punching the air with joy as she joins in the countdown to getting her (and Edith and Val's) section of riders on their way.

I won't be at the finish to see them come in though, as I'll be sat in the garden catching up with The Archers omnibus. What am I like .....
