Snow and Woe

Today's blip is a symbolic one due to the disappointment of not being able to travel to London today to see Swan Lake and have a night in a hotel which was a special Christmas present from Matthew. The bloody snow has turned up again and made it impossible for Nanny and Grandad to get here to babysit and so we have had to donate our tickets and hotel room to Matthew's brother and his girlfriend. I am happy that at least the tickets won't go to waste but I cannot hide the fact that I am bitterly disappointed and am in a thoroughly stinking mood as a result.

The good news is Matthew has rebooked for April, please god let there be no snow then!!
