Yoga at the reach

Jessica Ennis-hill and her husband Andy were at the launch party of the new yoga studio. Here are some other people getting better photos than me!! We did some bangra dancing and scoffed Indian treats too .
Then I cycled home, it's all uphill from there, phew!
I was due to go to the pictures at SBC but couldn't face it. So stayed in with the dog instead and watched 12 years a slave , which I enjoyed.

I ordered a new bed, with extra long legs, so I can store stuff under it.

Act of Random Kindness (ARK) day 1 gave a woman £1 for her car parking, she was so surprised .
