Restored

All along the front of Blackpool Tower there are beautiful facades like this.

For decades they have been covered up by false fronts.

For months now there have been hoardings hiding the restoration work to return the facade to its original look.

I am really looking forward to the finished job when all of these magnificent arches are visible once again.

There is a model inside The Tower that shows canopies over the central 3 arches.

I wonder if they will be added to the front too. I do hope so.
