Very tired today...including a bit of a spin in Tesco's teabag aisle but still very pleased I went out yesterday.

A lot of sitting down, especially as I'd already had a nosebleed en route but my lovely brother did keep me upright so I could have a little dance to Build Me Up Buttercup - I love that song! My sister-in-law was dancing with the kids who were insisting on being swung round and he offered to do the same...I felt it safest to decline! Lovely music; lovely people; lovely food :)
