8. Cobwebs

Today I had my first blipmeet with lovely celiaspider who has travelled down from Scotland with her husband for a week in Winchester. We sat in the sunshine outside the Cathedral Refectory, drank coffee and found lots and lots to talk about. Thank you S for your generosity and friendship!

After which I took the camera to the amazing 12th century church of St Mary's at the village of Easton. It's a really beautiful building and in a wonderful setting - and what did I choose to blip? A spidery old tap round the back. Ah well! But I suppose the practicalities also have to be catered for. Even in places as special as this visitors will want to fill their vases.
