Common Crimson & Gold Moth

This tiny but beautiful moth appeared in our back garden this morning, you can see how tiny he is as he is sitting on the end of the bolt on our garden gate, apparently it's called a Common Crimson & Gold and is common around the UK in Spring & Summer...but how easy to overlook!
