It was great to see Clare this morning at the pool, she was on a trip ooop North and came back to visit the swim gang.

I had thought I would nip into town for a mooch with my camera this afternoon, but I just couldn't be bothered in the end. I could hear that there was a match on so I headed round there and sat in the sunshine for a bit. I then went to Carole's for a cuppa. On the way home I picked up a take away from the Tung Fong....I've not had one for ages and I am now completely stuffed!

I now have an almighty headache as I've just tripped and smashed my head against the wall. I have a huge bump...ouch :(
