A Ladybird But Not As we Know It

There haven't been many ladybirds in this area so far this year, so I was pleased to see this 7 Spot Ladybird Larva (one of several) in the garden today.

Not as photogenic as the mature red and black bug perhaps - but good to see.

Off to watch Andy Murray's next match in the French Open now (on TV of course).
