Markets

This morning we popped down to the local markets for breakfast. It was a -4 frost but that didn't stop us. 2 pairs of socks, scarf, hat and coat and I was set.
We headed straight for the coffee stall to keep warm then did a loop of the food stalls to decide what to have for breakfast. It was a Cornish pasty for my husband and a BLT from the 'bacon brothers' for me. On the way out we grabbed a tan slice, our favourite markets treat.
After a day of running errands in the new car, we had the in-laws round for dinner. We had two soups, tortilla soup and pumpkin soup. A great meal on a freezing night heading towards another -4 frost.
