Too good to eat.

I have a predilection toward any culinary dish that includes "duck" in any form. My family will attest to this fact.
Having been to France and in particular the southern area, duck is predominant in most top class restaurants and probably rivals escargot in popularity.
Chinese restaurants specialize in "Peking Duck" as one of the most important listings on their menu.

Duck a L'Orange still takes a lot of beating in my opinion but the one displayed in my Blip for today was just as good.
