All in one piece, thank goodness!
This is the Cornish fishing village of Coverack, which I painted during the great storms last winter, from a previous summer's photos.
I wondered as I painted what would be left of the harbour and the boats by the time we visit in summer.
To my delight the harbour is intact, and so are most if not all of the boats.
There has been some damage along the sea front by the beach, and the harbour car park looks like a giant has taken a bite out of it closest to the sea.
Otherwise it all looks very much the same, as lovely as ever, thank the Lord!
