The weather has caught up with us at last!
So we are having an evening in, doing hobbies in the caravan.
Here you see a watercolour sketch of polperro I am working on, using my favourite portable paint box.
This is an exact replica of a box made for queen Victoria, it's of tin construction with a built in water tank, brass screw stopper , clip on water trough.
The finish is black jappaned lacquer, it has a folding sable brush.
Last but not least the paints are artists quality quarter pans.
I wonder if Daler Downey still make them?
