New Street Decoration

These new lamppost banners seemed to have appeared in the High Street overnight; there are a number of them in different designs, depicting different aspects of the village. This one obviously refers to Clark's' Village Shopping centre, the owners of which I guess are responsible for their appearance.

They make a colourful addition to the High Street (apparently we couldn't afford hanging flower baskets this year) and a useful Emergency Blip on a grey uninspiring day like today! Suspect this may be the first in a series of similar blips.

Spent the day visiting Tess's Mum & Dad and avoiding the rain.
