Day 171

I went to watch 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time' with Helen. I felt rather low at times during that. One problem was the reference to the boy's therapist/carer not being his mother. Lucy.

I was so tired and unimpressed that even when the film finished, I had to stay in town to pick up my glasses, then go to church to cook, have a meeting, eat and then sit through the bible study.

I also somehow was stressed that I thought I was coping too well with life this week.

I think I was maybe a little alone and fearful feeling due to not having much on tomorrow.

I had a spare half hour so I dropped in on Bibs to try to talk it through a bit. I think that helped a little.

I struggled a bit to get through the study but I did manage.
