Take a seat ...

Strange blip .... but I've been looking at this chair, or at least a succession of people who have sat in this chair, for most of today. The setting looks a little more daunting than it actually was. We've been interviewing in Dagenham for a children's & youth worker and have listened to presentations, assessed written tasks, listened to evaluations and asked questions of a range of enthusiastic, talented and passionate people. Interviewing is such a privilege as you get a glimpse into people's lives. And then on from Dagenham to Saffron Walden for the third of five teaching sessions at St Mark's College.

It's been a busy day, full of engaging experiences .... I'm done in now.
