A good measure

A good measure for customer service is how my kids are dealt with.

Today's fun outing was a shoe shop (it kept us out of the rain) and this young lady was absolutely fantastic at her job. She managed to measure both sets of feet whilst engaging animatedly with my boys and understood straight away what type of shoes we needed. Not phased by the odd behaviour either!

Rather than me tell her and then her ignore me and bring shoes I don't want, she said "I know exactly what he needs!" and returned with one box. Perfect fit. He bounced out of the shop delighted.
