That's what this black van is apparently. The other day someone rang our doorbell and asked me to sign a petition to have double yellow lines put all along this road. "You've probably seen that black van" she said. Well I have and here it is. Parked outside this patch of empty ground used as a temporary car park when the dog track's busy, and the rest of the time it's just empty space pretty much.

Opposite is the garden for the (sadly now closed) Queen's Arms, and the first house opposite has a very large lorry parked on its drive. If we had yellow lines here it would just make it even harder for people to park near our road, which is for residents only to make the council a bit more money.
