This Red-bellied woodpecker was made for landing on the side of a tree trunk... not necessarily sitting on a horizontal surface... I get a the giggles every time I see him land and sit like this in front of the oranges. :) It reminds me of a little kid in front of a big bowl.

The cool thing about this image can only be see on a huge monitor or in a super tight crop, so I went with a mega crop. Look here to see the reflection of the orange in his eye!
