The Great Escape

Went to London today to watch the BUPA 10k run. It was a beautiful sunny day...perfect for us spectators. It started along The Mall and finished outside Buck House.

Some 12,000 runners took part. My hubby was one of them. He had a really good run and beat his best time by 4 mins. Great effort was made by every runner there from the fastest to the the not so fast....that would be me! Maybe next year I'll have a go.

Had a lovely walk around St James Park. So many blip opportunities. But I couldn't resist blipping the swan who was trying to do a runner. It was so funny watching him cross The Mall. He soon got shooshed back to the lake.

We met up with my boys and went out to the Viet Grill for dinner. I just love it there. The food is amazing and has never disappointed us yet.

Two nice days....can we make it three in a row.
