I wanted to know if my face was red....

What a lovely day.

Woke after nine hours of sleep! ;0) 7am, food and a bit of work. Open water swim, did a mile and felt fab. Doddington for tea and cake. Home for lunch. More work. Paul went to the gym and dropped me and the girls at Doddington....we walked a couple of miles then ran for about 45 minutes....we were knackered when he picked us up!

Home, shower, beer, crisps, garden, fish and salad, wine, chilling, Lottie cuddles on the sofa, Pippa fetching Leo the Lion...perfect day and night.

This was me, post run, trying to work out if I was red faced!
