Open water swim this morning, in the pouring rain. 11 degrees out of the water, 17.5 degrees in the lake! Fab swim. Demons conquered.

Shopping...food, bits and bobs, coffee and cake, passport collected for imminent trip to Saudi on Friday to check out P's new job. Wish I could go too...I'll be running around Hyde Park in the London Tri...argh!!!

I did gardening. I had a sit down after the shock of gardening. Bit of shortlisting for two jobs I'm recruiting to, gin and tonic, dinner, wine, watching/listening to Radio 1 Big weekend and watching the Crossfit games on the iPad. Good stuff.

Feel very relaxed. Glad yesterday is over.
