Back to black

We rose at a reasonable hour today; but only so we could go to Frankie & Bennys for breakfast (mmmmm eggs benedict).

A bit of a mooch after that; B&Q, The Range, JYSK, and a local garden centre where we bagged a bargain lilac plant for the front of the house we think they undercharged us because they were too lazy to go and check.

We also picked up a tumbling Tom tomato plant for my upside down container, a strawberry plant (for Mr A) and I spied this little beauty of a petunia (called Back to Black, hence the title of the blip).

I love petunias, this one is a surfinia which romps away once planted. I've planted it in my old wheelbarrow, next to a red petunia; hopefully it will make an unusual display with the red and black together.
No doubt a future blip!
