Panino Bambino

Baby Brightness has had a busy day watching sailing boats, going for a walk along the boardwalks (well, being carried along them snugly wrapped in her Elleville sling wrap), watching children crabbing and flying her very own little microkite with her brother and sisters, so a super speedy dinner of mixed vegetables in a pita, toasted on the panini press was in order. Delicious and oh so easy both for mum and baby.
