Sweet Poteddy Bear

Mashed sweet potato with vegetable highlights. We've had a busy day of beachcombing and visiting the library with a midday stop at a lovely little tapas restaurant where Baby Brightness tried roasted Mediterranean vegetables and red pepper hummus, so she was more tired than hungry at dinner time today.
