Vestige of Spring

Hubby and I spent a good part of the day in the garden. It was overcast, but no wind so all in all a quite pleasant way to spend a Saturday. We took advantage of the Council's garden waste scheme which consists of an extra collection in the village on a Saturday between 12.30 and 3 pm. We were back and forward three times this afternoon with weeds, prunings and grass cuttings, and that was from about a third of the garden! It's going to take a few days like today to get it back to the way I like it! But at least it's a start and the next few weekends are not too packed with time away from home. Plus it's daylight until late. I love this time of year. Hope your enjoying you weekend fellow blippers!
