Clouds lifted

The clouds lifted today and I felt a lot lot better. Ironic as it was a rainy, miserable day. Spent the day with Audrey which has been great. We got out early and beat the rain clouds with a walk up to Manley Park. Audrey loved the roundabout (pictured) and had a go on a little girl's scooter which was the highlight!

Had a chap come over to value the house this afternoon and we had a good discussion about house prices, Chorlton and the market in general. Lots for us to think about! We aren't in any rush but it was good to know how the land lies.

Managed another walk with Audrey after the downpours this afternoon. Having been cooped up all afternoon, she seemed grateful to let off some steam. She's been pretty good today - I've nipped any tantrums in the bud with our new discipline approach and it really seems to be working. I'll make a good kid of her yet!!!
