Souperb!

Top photo homemade asparagus soup.
Bottom photo fish provencal.

Had to have tea early tonight, so that Mr C can watch the Champions League football final.

Rained most of today, but managed to get out and tie up the climbing rose, ( which blew down yesterday,) in between showers.( or rather downpours!)

The soup recipe I got from a blogger in Provence called " Provence Calling".
A really souperb recipe!! Tasted fantastic and very easy to make.

The fish recipe was one from M&S. Another very tasty and easy recipe.
Cod, with peppers ( red and yellow) garlic, black olives and a tin of Italian cherry tomatoes.
Both will be made again. ( and again and again!)

Hope you are all enjoying the holiday weekend, in spite of the weather.
I think tomorrow should be a bit better.
